Heather DeRose Co-Founder - Hemp Farmer Trail Marathon Runner NASM CPT, BCS & CNC
Listed in Green Market Report’s 100 Most Important Women in Weed 2020, Heather is the Co-Founder of Green House Healthy, a media and consulting company. She is also the Co-Founder of Kind Living Farm, a regenerative farm growing hemp in Missouri. Green House Healthy creates experiences by hosting educational and athletic events, instructing cannabis positive fitness and nutrition classes, and providing media and consulting services. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Nutrition Coach, Athlete, Media Specialist, International Public Speaker and Epilepsy Warrior. In 2017, she became the first female to complete an entire national tour of an athletic event series with a 4.20 mile run focused on raising awareness about cannabis and its consumers across 5 states. In 2018 she competed in over 10 races around Colorado, including a Spartan and leading an 8 person 114 mile Ragnar relay race. Her experience at the Ragnar race and personal cannabis story is featured in the 2021 book Runner’s High. In 2019, she conquered a half marathon in Colorado, a 30k and a full marathon in Missouri. She places in many of her races and plans to continue racing to raise awareness for epilepsy, healthy lifestyles and the benefits of cannabis.
As a freelance writer, Heather has interviewed many cannabis advocates including Tommy Chong and Montel Williams, and has contributed several pieces to various publications about cannabis and fitness, epilepsy and more. In addition to being regularly featured as an athlete and entrepreneur in publications like Green Entrepreneur, High Times and LiveKindly, she also appears on several podcasts including Green Flower Media and Let’s Be Blunt with Montel Williams. She enjoys sharing information and presenting all over the world in order to continuously share education and awareness about the science and research behind the benefits of plant medicines for health and wellness. She has several years of cannabis industry experience, including having worked at a medical dispensary in Colorado and on an all organic outdoor farm with 6,000 plants. In 2019, Heather moved back to her home state of Missouri and has been growing with her Medical Cannabis Patient Cultivation license and Missouri Department of Agriculture Industrial Hemp License. It is her mission to share the many benefits of cannabis for people, animals and the planet!

Antonio is a business development and media specialist who CoFounded Green House Healthy in 2016 with his wife, Heather. Green House Healthy is an educational platform advocating for the benefits of cannabis as part of a healthy and active lifestyle. After finding success in spreading their own mission, the company's media division has grown to support hemp and cannabis clients all across the United States, Canada, and Europe, providing business development and creative services, from exterior and interior dispensary design, to general marketing, media communications, and content creation, for a variety of business types including multi-state dispensaries, MIP manufacturers, CBD products, industrial hemp farms, finance, insurance, and healthcare.
In addition to Green House Healthy, the couple also CoFounded a regenerative hemp farm in Missouri in 2020 called Kind Living Farm. In 2021 the farm made state history by producing the first hemp CBD flower crop in Cole County, Missouri.
